Just curious what is your personal daily routine to maintain sobriety? I’ve tried a few different things over the years but it’s 2024 a time of new beginnings so just curious what others do.

I follow the suggestions of the A.A. program. Works well for me. One day at a time.
Specifically what are they? I hear a lot of suggestions in the rooms.
I suggest you read page 86 of the A.A. Big Book.
It covers a routine from morning to night.
I include talking with my sponsor, working with others and attending meetings to mine.
I volunteer at a government agency helping senior citizens 5 mornings a week and exercise in the afternoon!!!!
