It’s that time of year again. Family gatherings, festive times and booze everywhere. I have alcohol and pills in my house just taunting me to catch a little holiday buzz. This is the time of year when I am definitely at my most vulnerable

Just on LOOSID, add a few brothers and when you're feeling tempted send them a message. Take a break and touch base with the community. Respond to others who are struggling. It works and get us out of our own head. You got this
