Darnit. Fell backwards. Had three beers at and outdoor festival yesterday. Not terrible compared to my norm. Has anyone here had success with moderation?

Lol I can't moderate at all. If I had 3 beers yesterday, I would have gotten a bottle on the way home and you guys might hear from me in a couple months.
Don't beat yourself up. Just dust off and get back in.

Yeah, I had 3 beers this morning on the day after. I stink at moderation as well.
