Going through the same thing! I just check out sometimes and work on myself. You are very handsome I am sure you will find someone… I kinda say a prayer

I feel the same way but it my ex’s trying to get back with me and there still doing drugs knowing that I am trying to get my kids back I just waiting for the right time am not chasing love anymore when the time is right he or she will come into my life!
Oh this topic is frustrating! I’m in the same boat! I went on a date and it’s like they don’t even read your profile! I literally wrote my story in there! The writing is on the wall! But I respect they wishes to drink but yeah two bottles brings back memories of my alcohol addiction!
My sponsor told me to write out an ideas list. What is it I’m looking for in a relationship? Once thats written down then I need to start acting just like that person! I have to become what I’m looking for so to speak.. not saying become a women… but be that same personality. Kind, loving, patient and tolerant.
Then after a few months write another and then compare it to the first one. You’ll will see a change or maybe some new things come up.
I’ve gone through a couple relationships early on in sobriety cause I was trying to fill a God size hole

Then there’s the aspect of trying to date women in recovery. Which gets very tricky! I’m learning that I do want someone who doesn’t drink or drug, and could be in the program or not just can’t drink or drug. As for those in recovery I have fear of being labeled a 13 th stepper or something else. But I do believe if God wants me to be with someone it will happen! Hang in there Brother! It gets better not easier but better!
Date strictly sober women. 
I’m not one to judge but seems like she needs to take a look in the mirror and question her drinking.
