Relapsed tonight. I don’t blame anyone. This is not a journey for the weak. I know I deserve better, I know I can do better.
- We admitted we were powerless over alcohol — that our lives had become unmanageable.
This was extremely difficult for me to understand!!!
I can’t do better, no matter how much I try! But there is one that has all power!
Once that sunk in and my attention was on the solution and the suggestions on how to receive that power, I haven’t looked back!!!
Get around those that have found the solution, get in the middle of the herd and stay there!
Only a suggestion from someone that has benefited from the process!
