Day 1 again but this is the day . I look at myself wirh self loathe . I just want me back . I want my life back. Before i lose it. Ive got to do this . I have too. From my lips to gods ears . Oh jon i changed my days to now . I can no longer wait.

Day one and on to the rest of your sober life. Going on a self discovery journey is one of the most exciting journeys I’ve been on. I know people who have been to rehab 20 times before they got sober. I know people who have overdosed 20 times before they got sober. I also know people who got sober at their first AA meeting and never looked back. You never know when your number is up. You gotta keep trying. As for the self loathing you gotta try to look at yourself the way you would look at a loved one who made the same mistakes you made. We usually are harder on ourselves than we are on other people. You deserve to love yourself!
