Your lucky,there are the ones that slipped and fell out of life its self, you have the option to start again ,make something happen, start at step one, look for a spiritual advisor, you can do it.
Don’t give up. I’m only a few days in now. But we can do it. Even with the false starts, one will be your last.

Get into a program. You can't do it alone. You might also listen to the sober stories. They are a good place to get some encouragement and some pointers.

I’m right there with ya. Starting over myself.
Change comes when we're ready for it. It's a daily discipline for almost everyone facing addiction. Try to think of it as letting a bad habit that you don't like go rather than quitting. Try to remember how you felt today and the bad times associated with your addiction more than glorifying it and any good experiences you had
Goals without a plan are just wishes. make a plan and do it! you got this!

Don’t beat yourself up over a slip up. Keep moving forward. Focus on how recovery will positively impact your life and wellbeing.
