Don’t beat yourself up, the important thing is your here reaching out. Take time to pray ask God to help you through this difficult time . Just trying to do one hour at a time. One day at a time. Get to a meeting , whether it be online or in person get numbers, find a sponsor, work the steps. Find who you truly are. Just remember if you need someone to reach out I’m her pm me ok. The key is getting through it. Just a thought just a craving, this too shall pass . You got this ok. I’m Cindy next month I’ll have 4 yrs. Text me k . Be kind to yourself ❤‍🩹:blush:

Thank you for your kind words. I will pray the next time I feel like I’m going to fall again. This time is the last time I will have a day 1

Get in the routine of prayer  it truly helps. Pray to your HP, Universe, Nature whatever it may be. To me it’s my God. I wake up at 5:20am and pray and meditate faithfully asking for direction for that day whatever that looks like. 7 days a week. If I’m walking through a store and that wine is on the shelf and all of a sudden I have the urge to drink. I’m like wth I pray to God asking him to lift that urge right then and there. And the urge/thought gone instantly. So practice prayer  it truly works.Good luck ❤‍🩹

You’re not a failure. You never fail unless you give up. We’ve all had our setbacks. I’ve relapsed more times than I can count. Put it behind you and start fresh.

The amount of times you fall aren't as important as the number of times you pick yourself back up. Keep pushing. Try something different. People are uncomfortable with change, however changing out habits is paramount to recovery. "Nothing changes if nothing changes". Seek help from professionals. Another spot on catch phrase is "anything you put in front of your recovery you are destined to lose". Keep posting on here when you feel like picking up, but you have to do it before, so people can help you through it.

Progress not perfection. Thats called a lapse not a relapse. That’s part is most of our recoveries. The fact that you got up acknowledged it and showed up is proof your not a failure. If your ok with a suggestion, make a meeting today. Yesterday you slipped, you don’t know about tomorrow but Today you will give yourself a pass be sober. Love you.

Prayer may work for many of us but you also need friends in the program. You need to make calls. We do this together

The only failure I see is your failure to remember that you are powerless over alcohol. (If you’re a alcoholic)
Alcoholics drink, that’s what we do. Any day that an alcoholic doesn’t drink, is a miracle.

It's not about how many times you fall, it's how many times you get up is what counts :muscle:. Get up!
