Hi everyone, today is day one for me and work just ended. I’d normally be pouring a glass of wine right about now… wish me luck! New to this app- looks like a great community :slight_smile:

Just remember one day at a time. I couldn’t get the for a while saying to myself FOREVER . It’s worth it and has paid off for me. :hugs:
