Day 1 here we go. Can't deny it any longer I been an alcoholic my adult life. This month was an eye opener. Couldn't get on a flight bc I was drunk , fight with my dad, missed work twice , and even uber eats driver remebers me since he always delivers booze to my house. First AA meeting at 1pm;)

You can do this....one hour at a time at first. Reach out, meetings, this site, go for long walks, do something to get out of yourself. We are here for you Danny!

Meetings can help in a big way. Don’t be alone with this - coming from someone who waited until age 65 to go to AAmeetings—- 2 so far and counting!!)

Remember it’s doesn’t matter how fast you are going it’s the right direction that matters !!!
