Starting over again. Why is this so hard?? I say never again. Then never again happens.

Day 1 is still a brave day. 
The fact that you’re here and saying “starting over” instead of giving up says so much.
Addiction is powerful, but so are you. Try to trade the “never again” for “just for today.” Show yourself some grace. Shame keeps us stuck.. compassion helps us move. One honest day at a time. You’re not alone in this.
