Good afternoon all,

Dealing with this lovely hangover. I miss my sober mornings and clear mind when I wake. This feeling is terrible. But today is Day 1 to getting to where I want to be!

Heard that. I wish they could bottle that day 1 feeling so I could get just a taste of it whenever I start to feel complacent in my recovery. Hang in there

We all start with day one. Many of us had several day ones. You will get that good sober feeling again.
