Love and more love for getting through the hardest part (for lack of a better word) it's true sometimes the hardest step is the first one to take. I'm not beating myself up right now. Just being brave and grateful and sending love to all Day 1s 
True all any of us ever has is this day and it's the only one that really matters it seems.

Love, prayers and an ear to listen to any and all day ones! I am a guy but ai do know how to listen. Today IS the only day that matters. The past is gone and the future is not only not promised but widely unknown to even the brightest and most in-the-know. Today we choose to get the most 9f the day or allow the day to get the most of us!
