Day 13, feeling overwhelmed. My anxiety is still bad. I just got to wait a few days for my medication for some relief. I just worry all the time. I think it’s due to my anxiety. I’m staying with my daughter cause I don’t have any where else to go until the homeless shelter has a opening for me. I went to an A.A. meeting last night. Trying to find a sponsor but, it seems every time I go there are no women. I will just have to try to go to some different meetings.
Just stay strong. One Day At a Time. I know my medication has really helped me not pick up again that’s a blessing. Celebrated 19 months last week.
