TW.... Day 13...It feels like it's been longer than that, but it's okay I guess. Been struggling lately not to go to the bottle for relief. Lost a lot of people lately and being lonely is hard for me.

Sometimes we lose people in this disease and in recovery. Don’t let that slow you down. Keep pushing. I know the lonely feeling.
