I have mild tremors/shakes. I have meds making it slightly better but I’m extremely fatigued, and the brain fog is annoying.
Debbie, this will pass for sure

Sobriety is a gift in many ways. Remembering that horrid feeling is cause for gratitude.
Stay the course Debbie, and remember this feeling if you ever want to drink or use again.
The AA program helps me to stay right.
I’m here if you want to talk or have questions
You can make it. The devil is trying hard to keep you away from the love of our Lord. You are literally fighting for your life!
