Day 2 sober. I went on a 2 week bender again. Usually don't eat much, and cause alot of stomach bleeding in the process. Yet, I still do this to myself. Tonight I'm just thankful I can lay down and hold down water without excruciating pain or any bleeding. Time to heal this ulcer and leave the drinking alone.

You can do this, one minute one hour, and one day, it will get better. Its not an easy road but worth it

the anxiety is the only bad part tonight, and probably some restlessness. No using though!
Don't give up!!! If you are thinking of drinking think through of how it might go.
If there is nothing good to come of it then don't drink. Get to an AA meeting. You are worth it!!!!!!
