Day 20 sober, I had to go to a meeting yesterday. I started that stupid thinking again. That I can control my drinking. I know I can't and that I have a disease that kills people every day. I'm happy I went to a meeting instead of going and getting a bottle.I'm going through a lot right now and I don't really have any friends. One minute at a time.

Hi good morning Rita I go through the same struggles every week 
I'm already planning on meeting for Tuesday night it's real close to my house I hope it's going to help me out I haven't been able to go to any meetings cuz I don't really like that atmosphere but an open speaking meeting I kind of like so one day at a time they tell me today's another day good luck in your struggles Darren
