Just make it through the day. It’s working, Merry. Keep hanging in there. The miracle is forming.

Keep it up. Even when it is hard sobriety is better. It will get better.

One day at a time. Your sleep patterns will even out. I too have some nights I wake up at different hours in the night. I try to go to bed at the same time each night and wake up at the same time each day. It’s not easy but I try. And I don’t get mad at myself anymore for having weird sleep patterns and not getting enough sleep when I work hard and have a lot of stuff going on each day of the week.

Congrats Merry! I know it’s redundant, but one day at a time! My experience was there were/are plenty of ups and downs, but the downs decrease over time the longer I stay sober!

I still have trouble sleeping, I sleep in two hour shifts, if you've made it this far it does get easier. Sober networking helps. There's a recovery bon fire tomorrow night at the dog beach in OB if you want to go, it's a younger crowd and they make Smores if you're interested.
