one of the daily programs that I’ve heard discussed on many posts, I suggest you start there. Many people find a happy way of life by working these programs. If you are involved with one, definitely share what’s going on with someone so they can help you. If your not involved in one, you may want to think about getting connected before it’s too late. Save your a$$ before it gets worse. This disease will eat you up from the inside out. It’s good that you are reaching out and asking for help. That’s a good sign. Don’t stop here. Do whatever you need to do make sure that the drink/drug does not become your solution. I hate to suggest this, but I can’t leave without saying this…if you’re not going to AA/NA meetings, go asap. If you’re already going, share what’s going on with you. That’s what’s working for me. I’ve seen it work for many others. It can work for you.
