Today I was feeling a little on edge, I wasn't around anyone, however at times I felt frustrated, more so angry and agitated annoyed. Unfortunately this person didn't do anything wrong but text me - I just can't seem to stand them anymore.
That above isnt great, I also shouldn't be saying/feeling that about someone but I do. I've put boundaries down, but it still get to me.
Everytime I start feeling my heart rate go up, I take a nice deep breather and let it out! (Woo!) I remind myself I am going to feel agitated at times through this journey, and life in general. It's all about how we respond to one another and the situation
