Day 3 for me. I keep caving in for some reason. It's difficult to navigate my social life without alcohol, I think that's what I need to work on the most.

Stay away from places you would usually drink until you build some tolerance and go to meetings every day to remind yourself of why you are staying sober.

I am on day 9 again..this time I changed people and places and it feels different

Day 3 was BRUTAL for me. I couldn't stop crying, could barely make eye contact with people. I felt like a crazy person. It got better, talking about it helps. Saying it out loud makes it real.
