I almost caved into drinking last night. Withdrawals have been a bit of a challenge, especially at night when I'm trying to sleep. Cold sweats, body temp rising and dropping, but today I woke up without brain fog and not gonna lie it feels great. So today I'm celebrating this win. I'd rather deal with cold sweats because I know it's only temporary vs getting drunk and making a lifelong mistake.
