Day 4 for sobriety…and oh my goodness what a gift…not

Day 4 of sobriety…and oh my goodness what a gift…already feel so much more rested, recalling dreams, life already seems to be not such a rush, crazy…is this anyone else’s story and experience, especially remembering dreams!

And then not to mention holding my first born granddaughter for the first time. I actually believe this is it. She has shown me what is important in life!

KJL, it's amazing to hear about your journey to sobriety and the positive changes you're already noticing. Feeling more rested, recalling dreams, and experiencing life at a different pace must be such a gift. It's wonderful that holding your first born granddaughter for the first time has had such a profound impact on you. Family moments like these can truly show us the beauty and importance of life. Cherish these precious moments, KJL!

Yes with today being day 7

Maybe we can chat better when we’re friends

Good sleep and dreams were one of the first big benifits I noticed, but it was after the first couple of days of really poor sleep.
Great to hear. Great for you.
