Ok I took the advise of all that were kind enough to leave suggestions the other day, and found AA. I am going to meetings and found a BB. I have stayed sober again today so I will do my best to sleep go back tomorrow.

If you don't like the meeting you go to, try it again. If you still don't like it, find another. Just be in a place with other sober people. Give yourself a real fighting chance this time.
