I have bern having the hardest time falling asleep, been irritable, having anxiety, off and of sweating episodes, tremors, involuntary muscle jolts, and insomnia. I hope it gets better soon.

It does. I had to keep reminding myself that what I was experiencing was impermanent. All I had to get through was that day, or that hour, or sometimes just that minute. It got better. It gets better. Stay safe:)

It does get better , it just takes a little time. Can I ask what you're withdrawing from ?

Maybe some help... See a Dr. For sleep meds, or take some Benadryl. Good luck. Don't drink no matter what... Start step work and go to a meeting ... It's beautiful out there...
It isn't easy just stay strong and tell yourself there is nothing you cant handle
