Day 4 of sobriety and going to my 1st AA meeting in 2 hours. What exactly happens in an AA meeting?? :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

The format is the same all over the word. You can just listen. If you tell them your a newcomer the first meeting you attend will be for you. Folks will share their experiences and give you phone numbers of anyone there. Assuming your a male it will just be the men that will share their numbers. These are for you to have to call if you need help. Keep coming back. It works if you work it. You will make friends from all walks of life with one common goal. Sobriety
