Day 4, I'm still dealing with withdrawals, especially at night. Dealing with hardcore cold sweats and clammy hands. I get cravings throughout the day. I've noticed that certain music and places trigger my desire to drink. I'm slowly picking up on my triggers because before there was no thinking, I would feel it and do it. Now I'm searching for different ways to deal with my urge to drink. I feel good today though. The foggy brain is clearing up more and more each day. My mood has gotten a bit better. I'm happy I haven't caved in 4 Days!
I’m on day 4 also and I know it’s not easy. Try to listen to some of the audios or meditations on this app to distract you from urges. You can also listen to “sleep stories for grown ups” on YouTube. There are plenty different ones. We’re all here to help and support each other. You got this 
Day 4, let’s gooo! The awareness you have around your triggers and cravings shows you’re already in working your recovery. This stage may be a but rough but it passes. Keep leaning in and stay connected.
Today is also day 4 for me!!! We can do this!!!!! Night time is so hard. I’ve been going to bed by 8. Well, not sleeping but laying there listening to music.
