today was a rather hard day but i still got through it THC free!! withdrawal effects suck but i know that i can’t slip up or i have to start completely over again. i would also be letting myself down and the people i’m doing this for

It takes a while. I have had 3 times that it has taken me 90 days in order to pass a drug test. It's been 3 years since I quit smoking. I can say I still have dreams that I smoked. Keep it up it will get easier.
