Day 71. Attended a couple of meetings yesterday and i am planning on another this evening. I’m trying to be as active as possible. Gaining a solid sober community is the goal right now. Mundanity is hitting and I don’t want that to stick around. So busy busy busy I’ll stay

I feel you Meg that’s fantastic. That’s how my sobriety is out loud and proud. Everything I do is in recovery. I left a very lucrative salary in career to work for minimum wage for people who are in recovery. I gave it the meetings when I didn’t have anything I gave at church when I didn’t have anything I’ve lost and missed has been or is being returned to me. Stay busy it’s working for me.

I get it. I think our bodies are a lil masochistic when we stop the bad habits - our bodies crave the stress. We're disrupting the pattern and our stupid mind/body combo is reacting. Keeping busy helps.
