Day by day

As the year comes winding to an end, we are reminded to show gratitude for where we are in life and not live in yesterday. When we dwell on the past, all that is good in the present can be forgotten, pulling us into a downward spiral. We begin to spin a web of self-doubt that can lead to despair and anxiety.
But when we choose to focus on all that is good on love, grace, and gratitude for the life we have we begin to find peace and harmony. In that space, our hearts grow lighter, our perspective shifts, and life becomes more beautiful day by day.
