Day five, I finally got a full nights sleep. Always hungry, craving those missing beer calories I suppose.

Try keeping some sugary hard candy around like jolly ranchers. It can help with the cravings especially for alcohol.

Yes … in the beginning the sugar cravings were …. I ate bags of sour patch kids .. which I was never a sugar candy person … but the cravings will pass

Congratulations
on good sleep minus booze. Its a HUGE feat! I replaced my cravings with skittles in my early days of sobriety. Now when I have an urge I drink a diet coke, diet pepsi or Pure Leaf sweet tea.
