I don’t know what you like to do, but maybe planning something. Like maybe doing something outside or if it’s not outside, you can easily do something indoors outside you can maybe go for a walk or a hike or depending on where you’re living you can go swimming. Being indoors you can maybe watch a few movies do a puzzle. Rearrange things. The options are endless and there are tons of lists online that could probably give you ideas. I love to go to Pinterest to finds.

Get to a meeting. That’s what I do.

Congrats on your sobriety! I try to stay as busy as possible. When I am idle or isolated, I am more likely to have insane thoughts. Surround yourself with sober people doing fun things! Sending love :purple_heart:

As other people have said, and I think it's important, stay busy, focus on hobbies, and go to a meeting if that's your thing. What helps me is being outside as well! I believe you can do it, and reach out if you want to!

Treat yo-self!

Don't masterbate it in your head and treat it as a scary monster.
Stay busy, clean your side of the street, clean your room, clean your house. Weather permitting attend s meeting , get out of your house/head. Stay away from people, places and things that will trigger you to drink.
Download the Everything AA App and listen to the audio version of the Big Book of AA or the Joe & Charlie Big Book study..

Or simply takes it 30 seconds at a time

You got this..

Weekends can be tough, especially early on. Plan ahead, stay busy, lean on your support system, and remind yourself why you started. Do you have any go-to activities that help distract you?

I go to the driving range, it's cheapest, I need the practice, love food an video games, call mom or someone start rebuilding relationships , meeting time. Watching new positive content. And naps!
