Day one…. Want to go into 2023 proud and believing I can do this. New to this group, and would love encouragement :two_hearts:

One day at a time is how I got through almost 27 months. Lots of meetings. Made many connections with other people in recovery that I talk to daily. Just get yourself a recovery team. I never thought I would get out of my addiction. My drinking was 247. No one knew about my last relapse so really took a good imagination to sneak my drink of choice in the house. So grateful that is over with. If you really want this it can be done. :pray::pray:

Yes it was and sometimes still is because I haven’t see some family in over 2 years because of their drinking. That’s why I grow my recovery team all the time. My daughter never came to see us Christmas all I have been doing is crying and if it wasn’t for my recovery friends in AA meetings my recovery coach I probably would have just gave up and drank but still going strong., even with all going on me not drinking is a miracle. Just hang tight. Reach out anytime.
