Day zero again…three months later. No better time than now.
Best of luck on your journey. I have had more day zeros than I can count. Just keep trying til it sticks
Day zero here too. Always a rough night that resets that count. Feel ashamed. Frustrated.
Get through the next day and one day at a time you will feel better.
It’s OK people relapse. To me I have a few years sobriety but I tell myself every day. Doesn’t matter if you have one day or 1 million days sober. It’s always day one because yesterday is gone and tomorrow’s not here yet. So I just have for today and that’s day one. As long as you keep coming back it’ll get better. We are all here for the same reason and we are all here to help one another stay that way. And the only requirement to be in this big family is that you have a desire to stop drinking and using. I still need help even though I get a few years. I’ll never be better once an alcoholic always an alcoholic. So just put 1 foot in front of the other and just keep climbing the ladder. We all do the same thing every day. Just keep doing what you’re doing talking about whatever. Especially if you feel like drinking.
Meetings meetings 90 meetings in 90 day meet people . Get a sponsor.
3 months is impressive though. I haven’t done that in 6 years I’m on day 9. I’m sure you learned an immense amount and will go the distance day by day.
Today is a new day
The best time to being anything that improves life is now.
Keep trying
Hey Jeff - how is the sobriety going?
