I have hit 202 days sober and this has been the longest since 2017. With all of the struggles, obstacles, highs/lows, I have been able to remain sober and keep playing that tape forward. Some days are easier than others, others are down right defeating- I am so grateful for my sobriety and the support system I have in place to help me on the journey.
