I dread going to work Friday and Saturdays working with someone who drinks on the job and it’s acceptable. He has a bad temper. I didn’t like it when I was drinking and I don’t like it now I feel myself and my coworkers shouldn’t be subjected to this, but it’s OK what to do because I’m not OK with it!

Snitch on him. Not only is he a risk to your company, but if it comes out that you knew about it now your job is in jeopardy. Not worth it.

I’m a business owner and I know personally the liability of having someone intoxicated on the job. Maybe management knows, but I highly doubt ownership does.

Oh the whole place knows lol he has been asked to leave that’s how bad it got!! I have myself to focus on!! It’s like this in this area…I am on disability and this helps with finances and yes if I come across something else year round I will take it!! I can only work lil bit I LOVE WORKING this situation makes me not want to even go in…
