Dealing with a narcissistic man child
Know the feeling
I am so sorry to hear that. Been there done that and still coparent with him. Praying for you to have peace if you can’t get out of the situation.
Ugh. Hope you get out of it girl. And fast.
I deal with one everyday myself in my father. Just know less is more. When you feel them triggering those old trauma that they won't or can't understand. Just let go and let GOD! Always remember its them not you. You've come to far to go backwards for ANYBODY

Im dealing with the same things.
If you can walk, do it. I have very little tolerance for red flags these days.
My son's father is a narcissist. I put up with it for years, until one day I'm not sure what came over me but I was done. I told him off, told him he was a narcissist and I would not tolerate this behavior anymore. I shut my feelings off and it has been wonderful cause I don't let him get to me now. It's a hard position to be in, cause they make us feel like we're crazy and we actually behaved in that manner. Pray about it, make sure you know your self worth and no one will take control over you. Let your higher power lead you to the safe and happy place you deserve❤️
Leave
Let them know its not all about them
Don't concern yourself with things you can control. What you can control, is avoiding the situation, you can't force a narcissist to change. Leave, move on, move past. For your well being, their opinion is none of your business.
Hey Daisy! Good to see you here. trying to protect your peace in recovery while navigating someone who drains it is one of the hardest things, your sobriety has to come first even when that feels impossible, what’s been the hardest part of it for you?
I’ve been dealing with this for almost 9 years
That’s why I filed for divorce 4 years ago this past November
Yes sir
The funny thing is he used to never be this way but as soon as we got married he changed
It’s hard
Yes ma’am
That’s what I’m trying to do girl
Thank you
