Dealing with emotional depression is incredibly frustrating. It feels unfair that I have to face it nearly every single day. It deeply affects me and has a significant impact on my family and friends who are close to me. I wish I could be stronger!

I know that even with people around, depression can make you feel completely alone. So I’m glad you opened up about it here.
Do you take magnesium, vitamin D, or eat healthy? I know it gets overlooked, but once I started focusing on gut health and eating better, my depression didn’t hit as hard.
