Dealing with mental and heart issues, I feel at times my mind is telling me to do this but my heart is stating otherwise. Been clean and sober for almost 2 months now.

So here’s where I’m at. My heart is telling me I’m comfortable with where I’m at, but my mind is telling me to re-locate. I’ve made some impulsive decisions in the past and some I regret and some I don’t. But I’m just gonna take it one day at a time.

Man , I can definitely relate with you on making impulsive decisions
It’s often for me I sometimes seek perspective from my coach need to make it more often
This journey my experience has to be done day by day and with a community like we have here
