I’m grateful for snow, for coffeehouses, for Mennonite’s doughnuts. I’m grateful for afternoons in laundromats. I’m grateful for small moments shared with complete strangers. The kind that you walk away from feeling a general warmth for humanity. I’m grateful for communication, hot pizza, kitteh purrs, clean sheets and thermals. I will detach with love.
