Relapsed after 58 days… everything was going so good too, im in such regret… time to hit a meeting first thing tomorrow

Relapse happens. Pick yourself up, brush yourself off, and get back to it. Don’t let the regret take charge. A stumble does not cancel all the good work you have done!

Get up, dust yourself off and start over. Progress not perfection. No judgement here
58 days should show you that you can indeed live sober buddy. If you can make it 58 days, you can make it 580. That's as simple as I can put it to you man. So there's nothing worth beating yourself up. Especially since you've proven you can do it. Change the mindset. Find out where you faltered and make some mental changes. Rearrange a few things and get back up on that horse. Regret does nothing marginal for you. So don't even bother with it. It's merely a hold back. And it will do just that if you let. Feeling bad won't change what happened. So feel good about still being here to give it another go and then go pull down a win today in life.
