Thought i would download this to try and help and start sobriety. Its really tough man and my job isnt helping

Job has a big part of it God's leading u towards something keep the faith it's the journey not the destination
When you're an addict, every thing looks like an excuse to drink.
When I quit, I realized I could do other things like to for a midnight drive. I get to spend money on things that I won't lose like sunglasses or jewelry. I can sleep the entire day away and that's still healthier than having one drink.
Get some food at a nice restaurant and it would be cheaper than my regular order of buying food and booze. I really jumped into food and baking. That's much healthier than having one drink.
Life is hard. I'm lucky. I have a partner who is very supportive. She's warm. She calls me out on my bs. I grow with her. That's healthier than one drink.
We are all here for you, mate. We want you to get up after every stumble. The squeaky wheel gets the grease. You need to ask for help. That's why we're here.
