Depression is real bad right now. Missing my self-medicating coping mechanisms. Feeling hopeless and like a failure around jobs and hobbies.
You're definitely not a failure. Do you have a doctor you can contact for help?
I get it , dont drink go to meeting, my suggestion is to find some healthy activities, it will be a great distraction
Then please be carful what preoccupation coping mechanism you strir twards, the depression I was going through last summer, life was so grey and meaningless, I was desperate. Time and God as I understand him , this to shall pass.
I feel that. Let’s get through it though. One thing we have to do is MINDMe & we have to believe that M.I.N.D Me & keep pushing.
