Detox and treatment. How do I start
For the detox, go to an ER and tell them you need a medical detox. From there the social workers can help find a bed at a treatment center
If you have health insurance you can call them and they will help you find a place in network for you to detox at !
You can call your insurance and ask what is available for you. You may not even have to stay in the same state. My insurance brought me from MA to CA and I am eternally grateful for that. If you have state insurance your options will be more limited. You can also do a google search and start making calls.
