Detox is my next step. I’m very nervous because I have so many other health complications none related to my addiction. Anyone else fixing to go to detox?

Feel like I need to..I had 13 yrs sober after rehab cos I couldn’t stop. I relapsed on Aug 1 and haven’t been able to stop. I have other conditions as well..it’s putting me at risk for meds I have taken successfully for 13 yrs. I went back to AA in December.. I doubt I can do it on my own.
I wish I could just do it at home but just being “dope sick” literally takes a toll on my body because I’m already so weak. But I know that if I don’t do it soon, it’s just gonna get harder and harder or something worse is gonna happen. May I ask your DOC?
