I love to detox to get rid of the bad stuff. My sleep pattern also improves after a good detox.
I add lemon slices, cucumber slices, apple cider vinegar, mint, and ginger to a gallon of water. I drink it over a period of 2-3 days. After day 3 of 4 it tastes terrible.
Is detoxing (non addiction related) part of your health regimen? If so, what do you do to detox?
