The beginning is always the hardest just need to push through the discomfort. If that’s too much then look into going to the doctor or a detox center and they can definitely help make the process easier. You can do this!

I took Suboxone for 3 days,,,I don't know why they give it for years..it's an addiction, just as difficult as heroin.. I hope you get through it...it took me months to feel better
