So i been eating alot gained alot of pounds witch i am not use to, no smoking cigarettes :smoking: and i need a morning shake to help loose weight or a drink ... More like a little diet so can anyone help with ideas

Don't be hard on yourself. Eating habits changes and weight gain are all normal after eliminating alcohol from your lifestyle.

Maybe you can speak with a nutritionist to help you can come up with with a plan. Dieting won't help because the weight will come back fast once you stop the diet. Talk to a nutritionist about a meal plan that will allow to consume healthy foods and occasionally enjoying your favorite foods and snacks. This would help you for a lifetime.

I gained 60lbs my first year in sobriety - I could taste food again and it was good - and then it just started to more slowly go back down as I made healthier choices - don’t worry about it for now - your body is trying to recover
