Did a 10 1/2 hour holotropic breathing class yesterday that I’m still not sure how i feel about… things def came up to be dealt with. And first thing this morning my abusive lunatic mother came up. The one good thing i heard was to see how everything looks in a few months after the class cause things sure didn’t seem to be resolved shortly after! This pic is from a spring fed lake i took babies too! Its almost hitting 100• in Austin already
